  • Loose Diamonds are individual diamonds that can be purchased without being set on Mounts.

Cancellation & Returns

Refunds will be provided for any cancelled orders, with the following conditions:

  • Cancellation within 24 hours of placing the order: Full refund, subject to a 1% deduction for payment gateway charges.
  • Cancellation after 24 hours: Processing charge of Rs. 1000 will apply, along with a 1% payment gateway fee, to be borne by the customer.

If the order is customized, making charges will be non-refundable. You may cancel a single item within an order if it contains more than one item, without canceling the entire order.

  • For prepaid orders: The refund will be credited to the original payment source (Credit Card/Debit Card/Net Banking).
  • For Cash on Delivery orders: Refunds will be processed to your bank account.

If the order is returned under the 15 Day Money Back Policy (excluding coins), the refund will either be credited to your bank account or used for another purchase.

  • For gift card purchases: If cancelled or returned, the refund will be processed to the original gift card.

Applicable Laws

Use of this website shall be governed by the laws of India, regardless of the laws that might be applicable under principles of conflicts of law. The parties agree that any controversies arising under this agreement will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in India, and venue will be deemed appropriate in those courts.

As per the current guidelines mandated by the Government of India, a customer must provide their Permanent Account Number (PAN) for all purchases above INR 2 lakh in a single day.

Free Gift

  • All free gifts are treated as discounts.
  • In case of partial cancellation or returns of orders that include a free gift, the refund will not include the discount value attributed to the free gift.

  • Special offer is valid only on select designs of jewellery.
  • Dada Diamond Jewellery may change (add to, delete, or amend) these terms from time to time.
