Our 15-Day Return Policy ensures you have enough time to confirm that your purchase is perfect. If you wish to return a product for any reason, you can initiate an easy return within 15 days of delivery. Upon return, we will issue a full refund after deducting ā¹1000/- per product towards delivery and processing fees.
Exceptions to the 15-Day Return Policy
The 15-Day Return Policy does not apply in the following cases:
- Previously Exchanged Orders ā You can exchange your product once within 15 days for its full value. However, if you wish to exchange it a second time, it will fall under our Lifetime Exchange Policy.
- Engraved, Personalized, or Customized Products ā Items that have been customized, engraved, or personalized are not eligible for return under the 15-Day Return Policy.
Conditions for 15-Day Return Policy
To be eligible for a return under the 15-Day Return Policy, the following conditions must be met:
- The product must be returned in its original packaging and in saleable condition, with no scratches, damage, wear, or alterations.
- The stickers and tags must remain intact.
If the product tag or packaging is tampered with, the return will be processed under the Buyback Policy instead.
Process for Refund under 15-Day Return Policy
When a product is returned under our 15-Day Return Policy, a Quality Check will be conducted. After the product passes the Quality Check, the refund will be processed within 10 business days.
- For Cash on Delivery Orders ā The refund will be processed to your bank account.
- For Prepaid Orders ā The refund will be credited to the original payment source (Credit Card/Debit Card/Net Banking/UPI).
How to Return a Product to Dada Diamond Jewellery within 15 Days
- Place a Return Request ā Log in to your account on the website or email us at support@dadadiamondjewellery.com within 15 days of delivery to schedule a return pickup.
- Reverse Pickup Details ā Dada Diamond Jewellery will send you reverse pickup details and instructions.
- Pack the Jewellery ā Pack your jewellery in the original packaging, along with the certificate, and hand it over to the logistics executive.
- Include Original Documents ā The return must include the original product certificate and the invoice. If the certificate is lost, an additional charge of ā¹2,000 or ā¹800 per carat (whichever is higher) will apply.
- Collect Acknowledgement ā Make sure to get an acknowledgement for the item pickup (pickup receipt, photo of tracking number, or SMS confirmation).
- Quality Check ā Once the product is received, a quality check will be conducted to assess any signs of damage or wear. The refund will be processed to your bank account within 10 business days if the quality check is cleared. Products showing signs of wear or alterations (resizing by a jeweller other than us) or damage will not be accepted under the 15-Day Return Policy.
- EMI Purchases ā If the product was purchased via EMI, a 1% deduction of the Grand Total Amount will be applied to the refund at the time of the initial installment refund.
How to Return the Products
You can return products at any of our physical stores. If you’re unable to visit a store, Dada Diamond Jewellery will schedule a reverse pickup for you to return the product.
Changes in Policies
Dada Diamond Jewellery reserves the right to modify these policies at any time. We recommend reviewing the policies regularly. Any changes will take effect immediately upon being published on our website: www.dadadiamondjewellery.com If there are significant changes to the policies, a notification will be provided to inform you of the updates.
